MontD’Or Oil Tungkal Ltd, is currently recruiting dynamic, qualified and self-motivated personnel to be part of its team based in Jakarta - Indonesia. The Company currently has the following vacancies available:
Lead the Drilling and Workover Operation and play a pivotal role in the optimization process as well as make available the necessary resources in order to achieve the Company’s objective. Co-ordinate the formulation of technical specifications required to develop drilling operations and define technical, HSE, economical and budget parameters necessary to conform within the drilling and completion programs of the well.
Candidates should have minimum 15 years of drilling experience with relevant professional qualifications.
The position is Field based. Candidate is required to manage, schedule and safely execute all Field Operations to ensure the continued increase of production. Ensure the Company’s production targets and forecasts are achieved, operations are within budget and work closely with all other supporting field departments. Act as the focal point of liaison between the Jakarta office and the field to ensure all operational requirements are met and carried out promptly and economically.
Candidate should have minimum 10 years of extensive experience in upstream operations with significant experience in a supervisory capacity. Ability to work with operations personnel to resolve problems, mentor and good understanding of best oilfield procedures and practices.
Responsible for all procurement and contracting management activities, including compliance with PSC procurement policies and procedures, develop procurement strategies and materials administration procedures. The position will ensure efficient plans are developed within budget and work closely with all other departments.
Candidate should have minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant experience with Master/degree in Supply Chain Management. Prior Upstream PSC experience is an advantage.
Coordinate and/or facilitate relevant meetings, events, correspondences, and other activities related to external parties. Liaise between MontD’Or Petroleum and Government related departments
Candidate should have a minimum experiences of 10 years and have competencies in relationship building, communication and have good working relationship with MIGAS, SKKMIGAS, Associations, Local Governments, Government Ministries and Departments, Media Agencies.
Develop and maintain a Data Management framework and standard of documentation templates and processes to ensure data is managed effectively, direct report to IT Manager based in Singapore and local General Manager, be responsible for all IT deliveries in the areas/project assigned in coordination with headquarter and in-country stakeholders, implement IT policies that will improve data security, lead a team of two (IT Specialist and ISS Specialist), manage and coordinate keep good relation with vendor.
Cadidate must posess A Bachelor degree in an appropriate field (Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent experience, strong knowledge in Windows Server, e.g. DC, AD, File & Print Server, Networking, e.g. VSAT, VLAN and site to site VPN, firewall and switches, Windows 7, Office 2013. 5+ years’ experience at managing or administering data and/or analytical systems, 5+ experience in a senior IT position, 10+ years’ experience with information systems in Oil and Gas Company.
Developing, maintaining, and managing documentation under Data Management Control, excellent understanding of geoscience data types and database environments, solid experience data loading to industry standard subsurface applications, designs and implements on-line data bases, security access systems, data sets and jobs(defines parameters for file or space utilization, establishes direct access files or other file configurations as required, monitors space utilization and makes modifications as needed).
Candidate has proven geoscience data management experience, excellent client liaison and problem solving skills, At least 3 years geoscience data management experience, working in an E&P company or service related company essential
Responsible for analysing data and information to support the implementation of government regulation. To review all Company contract and regulation in tern of the law and legal aspect.
Candidate should have a minimum experiences of 2 years and have strong understanding in Indonesia and International Laws, knowledge in Oil & Gas operations and the business, understanding in corporate law, taxation, and employment.

• Prepare and check the quantity and quaility of the welding consumables to meet as required.
• Control and periodically check the electrodes baking,log book and maintain elec.baking temp.
• Ensure that accurate calibration records are maintained for all welding machines, inspecting and testing instruments for use.
• Prepare the weekly monitoring welder performance record and overall rejection rate.
• Ensure all crew under his direction understand their roles and responsibilities
• To prepare daily activities report, evaluate and analysis the progress schedule.
