Sr. Mechanical Rotating Equipment
Requirement :

• The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. 

• The candidates shall have a minimum of 7 years experiences as a Process Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project. 

• Excellent knowledge and skill of relevant international codes and standards such as API, ASME, GPSA standard etc. 

• Experienced in using PV Elite Software is an advantages

• HAZOP and HAZID experienced

Job Responsibility : 

• Working independently or as a member of multi-disciplinary teams, coach, mentor and develop junior staff, and provide training where necessary. 

• Design the offshore oil and gas production facilities by developing 

- mechanical design concepts (Specification and philosophy document) 

- Mechanical (rotating) drawings, 

- performing mechanical calculations

- reviewing and implementing mechanical design criteria, specifications, goverment regulations and industry codes. 

• Preparation of data sheets, specifications, Material Specification for Rotating Equipment such as pumps, compressors, gas turbines, steam turbines, power generators, injection packages, agitators and packages like instrument air generation, nitrogen generation, E.O.T. cranes, cooling towers, etc. 

• Preparation of Mechanical Specification escpecially for rotating equipment 

• Preparation of RFQ especially for Rotating equipment

• Planning and participating in Vendor factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT). 

• Evaluation of vendor offers and preparation of technical queries, technical bid evaluations. 

• selection study and Modification Study for euipment such as Gas Turbine Generator , Gas Injection Compressor Package, Fuel Gas Compressor, Vapor Recovery Compressor, Breathing Air Compressor, Air Compressor & Dryer Packages, Engine Diesel Generator, Nitrogen Generation Package, Chemical injection packages, cranes , HVAC, Gas and Diesel Engine, Instrument Air Compressor, API 610 & ANSI centrifugal pumps, API 674, API 675, API 676 PD pumps, NFPA 20 firewater pumps, jockey pumps, submersible pumps, air compressor & dryer packages, diesel generators, ASME VIII Div 1 & 2 pressure vessels, atmospheric tanks API 650, enclosed flare, flare stacks, vent stacks, pig launchers & receivers etc

Process Engineer

Requirement: 

• The candidates shall have a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering. 

• The candidates shall have a minimum of 3 years experiences in offshore, oil and gas facilities projects

• The incumbent shall fluent in English and Bahasa Language (oral & written)

Job Responsibility: 

• To provide definition of the Process engineering work in the Project, design approach or criteria by skill and experience as directed by the Lead Process Engineer

• To clearly understand the Codes and Standards applicable to the work carried out and raise deviations where necessary

• Prior to commencement of any Process work , a Process scope of work (SoW) must be written and agreed with the Lead Process Engineer (or designated representative). The Process SoW must clearly state the workscope, manhour budget and schedule to complete the work

• Responsible for maintaining work progress (budget, schedule) and raising change documentation where necessary

• Supervision of technical detail, budget and schedule of Process design in Project work where requested by the Lead Process Engineer

• Liaison with client, vendors and outside parties in a professional manner

• Where requested to undertake Process focal point duties

• To plan manhour budgets and schedules for all Projects within the focal point area of responsibility

• To manage all resources allocated to the focal point area of responsibility (both technically and by discipline specific project controls) 

• To liaise with the equivalent client focal point on technical and engineering matters on a regular.
