LEGAL OFFICER
• Monitoring and/or advising all Legal Matters
• Ensure the Company Regulations complies with all statury and corporate governance practices and guidelines across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide contracts to support user and procurement
• Provide advices on corporate legal issues and business matters
• Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions
• Responsible to provide legal assistance for the Contracts, Litigation and Industrial Relation.
• Evaluate, manage and performs detailed legal analysis based on request for legal clarifications from Industrial Policies.
• Conducts to develop Standard Operating Procedures and Business Process.
• This includes ensuring submission of proper legal advice being sought to Corporate Legal and obtaining a response in strict compliance of specifications on the term of reference for the legal advice that is sought.
• Report status on all legal issues including any outstanding matters awaiting senior management guidance on a continuous basis, if need be on the progress and status of live and completed legal task assigned.
Education:
• Minimum university degree Bachelor Degree in Law, or equivalent post graduate qualification.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 10 years experience of which 5 years in general legal practice.
• Having PTK 007 SKKMIGAS Certification
• Age between 30-45 years

PRODUCTION FORECASTER ENGINEER

Summary Position:
To strategize the alignment of Exploration, Exploitation, Development Drilling, Project, Facilities Engineering, and Production activities and schedules; develop accurate forecasts of oil and gas production and delivery volume, integrate data from Reservoir/Petroleum Engineering in determining accurate reserve and potentials; prioritize nomination of infill wells, recompletion, exploration wells; integrate different business and operational scenarios; coordinate management reporting of oil and gas reserves, in order to ensure the production output optimization with maximum gain and minimum loss as well as appropriate forecasts for short and long term planning.

Key Accountabilities:
1. To strategize the alignment of Exploration, Exploitation, Development Drilling, Project, Facilities Engineering, and Production and schedules, in order to ensure optimum production output with maximum gain and minimum loss; 
2. To influence and give proper guidance in aligning all priorities and initiatives across all related functions, in order to ensure optimum integration and synergy among all operation and business scenarios and planning in line with the production output commitment; 
3. To develop proper methodology of forecasts of companys production delivery volume, in order to ensure strong commitment of companys production output; 
4. To integrate the alignment and validation of Exploration and Exploitation database and information, in order to ensure proper and accurate reserve performance and progression in relation to any specific initiatives and scenarios; 
5. To provide strategic guidance based on the reserve performance and progression, in order to ensure proper planning, priorities and initiatives for further execution; 
6. To cooperate with Commercial Team in identifying and determining proper and feasible areas or locations for gas selling and delivery based on detailed profile and information, in order to ensure optimum gas delivery commitment in support of higher commercial performance (such as new market opportunities and better gas selling price); 
7. To analyze the performance of production budget on regular basis and develop proper action plan to optimize the performance through project acceleration and project addition, in order to ensure the optimum production contribution and performance.

Requirements:
• Minimum Education: S1 Petroleum Engineering
• Related Experience: Minimum 10 years of related experiences in reservoir/petroleum engineering
• Good knowledge of Production, Operations, Reservoir, Facilities and commercial disciplines
• Good understanding of calculating reserves over a wide range of drive mechanisms, complex geological settings and reservoir characteristics
• Good knowledge of field operations, production measurements and production allocations/ reconciliations
• Good understanding of financial and commercial aspects of reserves management
• Good understanding of various Subsurface hopper generations and progressions
• Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills

Job Description :

3. Comply and enforce HSSE standards and procedures including PPE requirements
4. Take corrective action when drivers, contractors, crews or personnel do not obey rules
5. Product Handling and control: Recognizes oil products to be in line with specifications, applies depot handling and product transfer procedures, and applies product control and measurement, including daily tank and meter reconciliation
6. For water fed/delivery terminals - Ship To Shore Operations: Applies cargo administration, Loads/discharges vessels, manages and maintains port/jetty and applies port/jetty HSSE
7. Tank farm: Tank dipping and sampling, water draining, cleaning
8. Permit to work system; confined space entry, control of electrostatic hazards and working at heights
9. Fuel additive handling and dosing, product testing and quality control
10. Fire fighting, emergency response/oil spill management
11. Ensure availability of equipment to target requirement levels. Acts as troubleshooter when systems fail

Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree, Technical / Engineering background
2. Working experience minimum 4 years in a technical area, preferably at a tank farm / port / jetty
3. Mechanical aptitude : can handle for troubleshooting
4. Reliability, decision making under pressure
5. Ability to apply rules and procedures
6. Working experience as Technician, e.g. as metal worker, chemical worker, mechatronics technician
7. Good English knowledge
8. Willing to be located in Pulau Laut Kota Baru – Kalimantan
