• Coordinate arrangement and implementation of budget planning and strategy for technicsl needs and short term/long term planning in field production operation
• Indentify probability and implement programs in order to improve operation efficiency, cost reducing, and production improvement
• Coordinate implementation of task distribution/ delegation about process plant improvement and production optimization. Lead and supervise field team including support to maintain high productivity.
• Coordinate implementation of operation practices which could be responsible environmentally to field personnel. Conduct controlling activity and creat a routine report of all activity in field operation

Education:
• Minimum university degree Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, or equivalent post graduate qualification.

Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience
• Age between 30 – 45 years
