A Coal and Mineral Resources Trading company urgently required some dynamic, high motivated persons to work in mining area in East Kalimantan :

GEOLOGIST CODE : “GEO”
• Male, max. 40 years min. 5 years experience in related field
• Bachelors Degree, Geology Engineering, Geographical Science, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
• Supervisor / Coordinators / Managers or fresh graduate in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in geological analysis, geology, mining software, drilling report.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadline, hard working, initiative & good team work.
• Familiar with Software mining programs Minex, autocad, Autocad Land Desk, Surpac or Minescape (optional).
• Must be able to control exploration program, geological modeling, and reserve calculations & to make related reports.

MINING ENGINEER CODE : “MEN”
• Male, max. 40 years min. 5 years experience
• Min. S1 Engineering (Mining/Mineral)
• Familiar with Software mining programs
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadline, hard working, initiative & good team work
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasi Pertama) Certificate
• Strong knowledge and experience in drilling design and planning, project planning, scheduling.

SITE SURVEYOR CODE : “SSU”
• Male, good health, aged max. 30 years
• Fresh graduate or one year experience as related surveyor (coal company preferably)
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Direct or conduct surveys, record the results of surveys
• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
• Familiar with mining area and the local industry
• Can work independently or in team & willing to work under pressure.

SITE FOREMAN CODE : “SFO”
• Male, good health, aged max. 35 years
• SMA/SMK/STM/D3 or Fresh graduate
• Willing to work in shift system
• Having experience to work in the related field
• Can work in team and willing to work under pressure.

FINANCE/ACCOUNTING (SENIOR MANAGER) CODE : “FAM”
• Female, fluent in English optional
• Min. University degree in Accounting with min.10 years experience (preferably banking)
• Providing financial advice and support company to business decisions
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends, analyzing change and advising accordingly;
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
• Developing financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk;
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• Managing a companys financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• Managing budgets;
• Supervising overall finance team.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER CODE : “FCO”
• Female, fluent in English optional
• University degree or college diploma in Accounting with min.5 years experience
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met
• Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
• Reconcile bank, investment accounts, manage cash flow.
• Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
• Manage the bookkeeping function, using the Simply Accounting Package, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

SYSTEM MANAGER CODE : “SMA”
• Male / Female, fluent in English optional
• Min. University degree in Accounting/Management or related field with at least 5 years experience
• Evaluating user needs and system functionality
• Planning, developing and implementing budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness;
• Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems;
• Researching and installing new systems;
• Securing data from internal and external attack;
• Offering users appropriate support and advice;
• Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.

OPERATION MANAGER CODE : “OMA”
• Male / Female, fluent in English optional
• Min. University degree in any relevant major with min.10 years experience
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
• Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
• Development of individual program budgets
• Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
• Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
• Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.
