1. Field Service Manager - Wireline Services
Field Service Manager required for permanent position based in Duri with a global service company.
You MUST have:
• Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 7 Years’ experience Wireline Logging Operation.
• Minimum 3 Years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
Job Description:
• The Field Service Manager is responsible for setting the direction, strategy and development of an ongoing business plan relating to Wireline services.
• The position includes developing a sound understanding of financial information, market conditions, market intelligence, and developing close working relationships with key stakeholders such as regional operations, sales/business development, as well as the actual end users of the product.
Duties/Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for developing a firm understanding of the product represented and becoming an overall champion, both internally and externally, for promoting the service of the Wireline product lines.
• Responsible for understanding Profit and Loss financial accounts on respective product lines and critical key information on Revenues, before Interest and Taxes.
• Liaising directly between product end users, external customers and existing service departments in the region.
• Understanding and communicating customers’ needs and matching to clients’ capabilities.
• Developing short and long term business plans and strategies to substantially grow the business.
• Analysing up-to-date market intelligence, sales conditions, growth potential, market share, competitor pricing, forecasting, major alliances and contract outlines.
• Developing and implementing realistic Key Performance Indicators to meet changing needs.
• Maintaining regular management accounts and transparent reporting structures.
• Developing key alliances with Regional personnel, Branch Managers, Product Line Managers, and Sales/Business Development teams.
• Providing recommendations with respective to product line and product development in conjunction with regional management.
• Identifying new product line potential where applicable.
• Analysing and utilizing cost reduction opportunities and minimizing costs.
• Completion of required mandatory safety courses as designated by the client.
• Compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Business travel throughout the various regions as required to facilitate business growth and operational support.

2. Slickline Supervisor
An experienced Slickline Supervisor is required by Oil Consultants for a global service company, to work as either a day rate consultant or staff basis. The work will be OFFSHORE in Indonesia and up-to-date survival and medical certificates are essential.
You MUST have: 
• 10+ Years’ experience working in Slickline services on deviated oil and gas wells
• Experience working with heavy duty braided line fishing
• A current IWCF certificate (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of Wireline/Well Services
• A Technical or Engineering degree
• Good command of English communication skills (verbal and written)
Job Description:
• The Slickline Supervisor will oversee Wireline/Well Service operations utilising maximum efficiency, safety and reporting procedures.

3. Well Test Supervisor
Well Test Supervisors are required for consultant and permanent staff positions based in Indonesia with a global service company. You will work as either a day rate consultant or on a permanent full-time basis. Work will be OFFSHORE for a high profile client. Job Description:
Well Test Supervisors will be responsible for service delivery at the well site and ensure all customer expectations are fulfilled. You will maintain effective and regular communication with Operation Coordinators and support a crew of up to 10 operators.
Duties/Responsibilities: 
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment at the work site through the effective application of HSEQ systems.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with well site customer representatives.
• Ensure clear two-way communications of customers’ expectations are clearly understood.
• Provide crew supervision to ensure all have appropriate levels of guidance, knowledge and understanding of tasks to be performed.
• Provide coaching, training, technical development and evaluation of the crew.
• Complete planning and reporting documents for equipment set-up, well site direction.
• Complete reporting documentation for personnel and equipment in the course of operations.
• Complete all data and reports accurately to ensure customer satisfaction with the service.
• Perform cleaning, operation and pressure testing of equipment during pre-job procedures.
• Prepare and package ancillary equipment used for the job.
• Perform pre/post job equipment inspections.
• Complete preventative maintenance procedures for all equipment on location.
• Assemble and prepare equipment for installation and service.
• Run jobs and at rig down, repairs

4. Project Manager - Slickline
A qualified Project Manager is required for a global service company to work as either a day rate consultant or in a permanent staff position. The work will be based in Indonesia through PT Oil Consultants Indonesia for a high profile client.
Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all Slickline Operations to ensure that the service company satisfactorily meet client requirements and Q&HSE standards related. You will prepare and document all project data reports for review with the client and Operations Manager during regular meetings.
Duties: 
• Establish and maintain regular communication between work site and base, client, contractor, operational management, Well Site Supervisor and all onsite company representatives.
• Provide qualified and regular management advice to all parties.
• Take overall responsibility for all operational and technical aspects of the project from the Base office.
• Take overall management responsibility for operational and technical personnel involved during the project.
• Provide direct co-ordination of contractual issues and activities and report appropriate information to the client and regional management.
• Oversee personnel logistics, timesheets, equipment maintenance, new inventory issues and invoicing, with the assistance from Country base and regional Slickline Services.
• Collate and distribute all project related reporting files and work cards.
• Overview and assess all the “end of well reports” prior to client submission.
• Attend regular client meetings for review and updates on operational, technical and Q&HSE related matters.
• Ensure that any project changes or additional requirements discussed with the client, meet current acceptable practices for Slickline operations, and all details are reviewed together with the Well Site Supervisors.
• Prepare and distribute all case histories and lessons learnt (as required).
• Advise Operations Managers on other potential market interests in the region for services over and above provided at the project.

5. Credit Collection and Account Receivable Specialist
A qualified Credit Collection/Account Receivable Specilaist is required by Oil Consultants for a global service company to work on a permanent basis.
You MUST have: 
• Accounting education background
• 5+ Years’ experience in the Oil Services
• Oil and Gas sector experience (preferred)
Job Description:
Under general supervision, the Credit Collection and Account Receivable Specialist will generate cash from customer account receivables (A/R) in a timely manner.
Duties/Responsibilities: 
• Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships to effectively facilitate the collection process.
• Exercise limited authority to grant customer credit limits (if skill and experience dictate).
• Assist in the preparation of lien filings to secure accounts with oversight from more senior personnel.
• Analyse customer financial information to assess risk and provide recommendations to establish new accounts.
• Identify and record customer disputes.
• Assist in credit investigation and evaluation.

6. Drilling Fluid Engineer
Drilling Fluid Engineers are required for a high profile global service company to work OFFSHORE in Asia Pacific to work as either a day rate consultant or on a permanent staff basis. The work will be OFFSHORE throughout Asia Pacific through Oil Consultants.
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ field experience
• Fully competent in drilling and completion fluids
• HPHT experience essential
• Oil and water based mud experience essential
• Shallow water experience
Duties:
• Providing onsite services by testing, measuring and supervising the operation of fluid pumping and mixing that includes technical analysis in addition to specific product and practical recommendations for the control of fluid properties.
• Being responsible for maintaining fluid properties on rig sites by accurately testing the properties of the fluid.
• Providing constant support to aid operations in providing customers the most efficient, environmentally safe drilling fluids that are available
• Having a good understanding of the crossover from drilling to completion operations such as working in narrow pore pressure fracture gradient windows, hole cleaning practices and wellbore strengthening.
• Using your knowledge of products and services in drilling fluid technology to optimise service quality
• Performing chemical and physical testing of drilling and completion fluids
• Taking responsibility for maintaining fluid properties on rig sites by accurately testing the properties of the fluid.

7. Well Bore Cleanout Specialist
A Well Bore Cleanout Specialist is required for permanent position based in Indonesia with a global service company. You should have a minimum of 6 Years’ experience running mechanical wellbore clean up or downhole equipment (eg: Assistant Drillers, Drillers, Tool Pushers or Fishing Tool Specialists, Completion hands).
You MUST have:
• A strong Mechanical background
• Competent Computer skills and training
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good English (written and verbal) skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all company health, safety and environmental policies.
• Follow all other company policies and procedures.
• Maintain good morale.
• Attend training courses provided by the company.
• Run and re-dress Mechanical Wellbore Clean Up equipment (including casing / liner scrapping and brushing tools, weight set tools, circulating and jetting tools and debris extraction tools).
• Liaise with key customer personnel on rig locations and calculate space out BHA sheets.
• Prepare and generate Post Well Reports as per company standards.
• Follow company Work Instructions and Procedures.
• Attend Client Safety and Operational Meetings as instructed.
• Assist trainee Tool Maintenance Technicians in the Maintenance of Mechanical Wellbore Clean Up tools.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all Mechanical Wellbore Clean Up Systems.
• Complete any other reasonable task as assigned by an Operations Manager / Supervisor.
Indonesian nationals preferred.
