Responsibilities:
- Head Chef must be responsible to make sure high quality standard of food production and actively source and create recipe
- Ensure all food raw materials for planned menu at least for the next two days menu are available in kitchen area
- Plan menus and food utilization based on anticipated number of guest and nutrition
Requirements
- Minimum D3 in Food Production from reputable Hotel Institute or University
- Familiar with HACCP
- At least 5 years working experience as Head Chef for high volume catering (over 500 persons) or in the oil, mining, and gas sectors
- Experience in Menu Cycling set up
- Have excellent knowledge and ability to create Western, Chinese, and Indonesian menus with good of menu variety
- Have leadership, self starter, and high initiative
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Placement: Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat
- Work schedule: 28 days (ON) : 28 days (OFF)
