Minimum Qualification / Experience
a. Sr. Execution Planner
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry (Offshore and Onshore) with comprehensive hands-on experience in Execution Planning and project management.
• More than 10 years experience with Execution Planning in management of major Projects in senior positions, including working with major international contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Experience with EPC contractor execution planning systems and process.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good technical team and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
b. Mechanical Engineer (Stastic)
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 15 years relevant working experience of which 5 years should be in Oil/Gas industry.
• Experience should cover static equipment, machinery, etc.
• Computer Literate.
• Very good knowledge of English.
c. Sr. Contract & Procurement Engineer
• B Sc. in Engineering (Preferable Mechanical, Electrical).
• Additional qualifications in multi-disciplinary engineering areas, RICS (Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors) full membership, CIPS (Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply) or equivalent certifications would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 7 years experience in tendering and contracting business for core projects / jobs in the Oil & Gas industry (Preferably Offshore).
• In depth Knowledge I Experience in dealing with high Value & Complex Tenders of PMC /FEED IEPCM /EPC /LSTK related to Offshore Facilities.
• Familiarity with FIDIC Standards.
• Very good knowledge of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Computer literate; ICDL certificate.
• Acquaintance of MAXIMO is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
d. Sr. Interface Coordiantor
• B.Sc. In Engineering Discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of high quality experience in the areas of engineering design, offshore operations, and projects in Oil & Gas industry specifically in Consulting / Operating Companies.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory / Lead Engineer position Previous.
• Conversant with relevant Codes and Standards related to Oil & Gas Industries.
• Good communication and people management skills. Ability to coach and develop people and bring out the best in them.
• Planning and prioritizing ability.
• Proficient in English language.
• Good knowledge of Computer applications.
e. Sr. Cost Engineer
• Should have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering with at least 8 to 10 years of working experience in Offshore Oil & Gas and/ or Chemical industry preferably working in a project team.
• Proper knowledge of Projects Cost Estimation & Control.
• Should possess supporting skills & knowledge towards Engineering Economics, Planning & Scheduling basics including Construction plans understanding, Value Engineering, Key Cost Control techniques, Contracting arrangement (Type/Contents etc.) and Computers.
f. HSE Engineer
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 10 years working experience in Industrial Safety / Loss Prevention on Major Project / Construction site in Oil & Gas industry.
• Very good knowledge in English (Written & Spoken).
• Computer literate.
g. Construction Interface Planning Engineer
• B.Sc. in Engineering.
• Conversant with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel and all planning concepts.
• Good knowledge of preparation of Level IV and Level V schedules.
• 10 years planning experience in Oil & Gas industry including 6 years in planning and control of multi-discipline projects.
• Very good knowledge of English, written / spoken.
h. Process Engineer
• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 15 years working industry experience, of which last 5 should have been oil and gas industry related. Experience shall have covered projects, detailed design and operations technical support. Experience with contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major oil and gas facilities.
• Detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
• Experienced with Process modeling computer programs and general business software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
i. Electrical Engineer
• B. Sc. (Engineering) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in oil or related industry in maintenance engineering of electrical systems.
• Experience and detailed knowledge of high voltage electrical equipment and distribution systems, gas filled switchgear and large complex electrical equipment.
• Specific and detailed application experience with the configuration and operation of Electrical Distributed Control Systems.
• Experience with contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major oil and gas facilities.
• Computer based power management systems.
• Sound knowledge of International standards and codes in discipline and general knowledge of other disciplines.
• Fluency in English language.
j. Instrument Engineer
• B. Sc. (Engineering) in Electronics and Telecommunications, Electronics and Control system, Or Electronics and Instrumentation.
• Minimum 15 years operational experience in Instrumentation & Control System and SCADA environment including design, commissioning, project supervision and maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of International standards and codes in discipline.
• Fluency in English language.
