Requirements :
• Male/ female
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• Min. 5 year experience in selling mechanical and instrument product in Petrochemicals and Oil and Gas.
• Having Good Network in the industry.
• Collaborates with Sales Engineer/staff in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the objectives.
• Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues an meet corporate objectives.
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specifics plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Provide quarterly results assessment of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result.
• Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact.
• Collaborates with Sales Engineer to develop sales strategies in improve market share in all product lines.
• Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
