Responsibilities:
• Set up and implement business develoment and sales strategy to achieve company strategy
• Managing commercial team performance to achieve optimum productivity trough
o Ensuring all process required by commercial team are alligned
o Conduct coaching for performance to improve commercial team member performance
o Monitoring budget
o Working together with HR to improve team member engagement
• Managing customer relationship management
• Set up and implement business develoment and sales strategy to achieve company strategy
• Managing commercial team performance to achieve optimum productivity trough
