General Requirement are as follows :
1. Master of Law (S1).
2. Knowledgeable of labor law and Manpower Regulation.
3. Knowledgeable of Marine Regulations on crews.
4. Experience with attending to Manpower Requirements and handling of crews.
5. Fluent in English.
