• Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities. • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills. • Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement. • Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. • S1 graduate mining, geologist or metallurgical engineering with 1 - 2 years experience working in a coal quality environment.
• Lateral thinking and problem solving skills are essential to achieve the production and quality targets. • Recognise and understand coal quality and standards to analyse coal, for example ISO, ASTM, etc. • Possess numerical skill (working with numbers); able to collect and analyse data of coal quality, and monitor the implementation of the plan. • Recognise and understand each specification that relates to coal quality required by each buyer in the contract. • Able to negotiate, possess managerial skill. • S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university with 2 - 3 years experience.

• S1 graduate Electrical Engineering from reputable university with 2 - 3 years experience.
• Project & Contract Management skills. • Experience in heavy equipment maintenance, understanding of equipment reliability. • Proven skills in high voltage work scope. • Experience in electric drive automation system, traction motor and alternator is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish good relations. • Knowledge and ability to implement KPC safety policies and procedures. • Knowledge of products on the market to improve equipment performance. • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• More than 3 years plus of relevant industry/ management. • Extensive experience and proven skills in Electrical Engineering / Control Instrumentation industries. Having experience in Electrical / Control Instrumentation Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous. • Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators. • Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties. • Having a good knowledge of KPCs HSE policies (or equivalent), procedures and standards. • Having Light Vehicle driving license. • Minimum S1 with technical background with 5 years experiences in project schedule development & control.
• Proficient at developing, reviewing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project & Primavera P6. • Have experience work with multinational EPC Contractor in Oil and Gas and bulk handling material construction. • Cost estimating background is preferable. • Knowledge of planning and scheduling. • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill (oral & written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia. • High commitment to safety and environmental regulations. • Computer skills in work processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications. • Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
